Waiting in the Atlanta airport trying to catch a flight to Salt Lake City for the Wasatch Back.


It was a beautiful/perfect day in Utah when I ran in the Wasatch Back. This was taken at a local high school while we were resting in between legs.

Except someone was more interested in playing than resting!

We sure do love this little one!


After finishing the relay in Utah we headed back home via Texas to visit Brant's folks. Savannah loves bathtime- and their pool too! Too bad we left home without her swimsuit in our bag.

She was laughing, splashing and kicking the whole time in the pool. At one point she was floating(ish) on her back and looked up into the sky and smiled. It was priceless.

And then her non-swimmer diaper (which had already swelled up huge the moment we got into the water) had had enough of the pool and it was time to get out.

Back home to Georgia now and Savannah loves her sewing lessons from my mom. Ok, not really. She loves watching the needle on the machine though since my mom has been comming over once a week when Brant is on trips to help me with a snowman applique block by the month quilt.)
